A 12-week group coaching adventure for those seeking holistic care from a Kingdom perspective to restore God's blueprint for wholeness and empowerment.

Live Virtual Classes

Join me and the rest of the group for (6) 90-minute live sessions via Zoom for teaching, activation, prayer, and Q&A. And, of course, you will have lifetime access to replays.
Online Modules

Lifetime access to online comprehensive modules that will help you come into alignment with your authentic God-given identity and authority, as well as live a life of wholeness. The modules include The Divine Set-Up, Yonder Vision, and Resolution for Restoration and are broken down into the following subsections : (1) God's Nature (2) Identity, (3) Wholeness & Fullness, (4) Depth Perception, (5) Power of Patterns, (6) The Whole Person, (7) Empowered, (8) Love Reimagined, and (9) I AM. The modules will include a combination of videos, pdf files, a 20-page health assessment, and a dedicated workbook.

Personal Strategy Sessions

During our 12-week adventure, in addition to the group sessions and online content, you will have the opportunity to schedule (3) 60-minute private coaching sessions ($300 value). I believe in the power of both community and individualized strategy.
Holistic

As a Holistic Practitioner, I believe in the need to be mindful of every part of our existence. God desires that we prosper spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically and more. We will be exploring and engaging with multiple areas during this course so be prepared to go deep. You will have the opportunity to start pulling back the layers to discover the root causes of health concerns and start experiencing results.

A healthy community is vital in our life journey. It allows for support, accountability, and connection. You will become part of The AWEsome Life community on the Mighty Network platform, where you will be able to interact with others on a journey to wholeness. You will have access to the general public space and a private group exclusive for those who enroll in The AWE Factor where you will have access to additional tips and whatever the Holy Spirit directs me to release in the community ;)

God's Nature and Character

God is such an awesome and great God. He is greater than our wildest imagination. There are a few characteristics of God that He has highlighted to me that are wise to understand.

Love, Faithful, Eternal
Identity

We will dive deeper into what it means to be created in the image of God and celebrate being chosen and unique.
Wholeness and Fullness

An interesting mixture of discovering God and what it means to be a WHOLE human through numbers, time, space, and integration.

Yonder Vision

Let's tackle faulty beliefs and blindspots. This module will help you gain insight and a deeper understanding into what has kept you stuck and frustrated and give you the strategies to shift and gain the freedom you have been seeking.

Depth Perception

Faith and context are essential in your adventure to living your whole best life. Let's get down to the roots and stop scratching the surface. It's time to walk in complete freedom and stop letting facts get in the way of Truth.
Power of Patterns

Learn all about cycles, addictions, and strongholds in this module. We will look at how God is all about legacy and the importance of bringing awareness and light to generational topics. We will address how you can be the one who shifts the trajectory of not only your life, but the future of those who are behind you.
The Whole Person

Health and healing involves the physical body, the soul, and the spirit. Not only are we integrated beings, we are part of a larger body that needs to understand the power of synergy.

Resolution For Restoration

Live a life that transcends circumstances and shifts the world around you.

Empowered

This module is an invitation to engage with Holy Spirit and learn about access granted and learn how to walk in victory.
Love Reimagined

Discover awe and wonder. We will take a dive into the power of lament and how processing pain and vulnerability can lead to hope and joy. Every person has a story and there are many things that have happened in the world around us, but there is an invitation to a life of wonder available for every one of us. It is not the end...it is a new beginning.
I AM

God is the I AM that I AM and it's no wonder that we are BEINGS. And with being comes the need for intentionality and endurance. You were created for more. You were created with eternity in your heart and that is why you have the deep longing inside to step into the abundant potential God placed inside of you. It's time to step out of every box you have been placed in or even placed God in. It's time to strip every self-imposed prison as well that you may be falsely believing you are in and be free.

I am the owner and founder of AWEsome Wellness & Counseling, LLC and I am here to help you learn or remember who you were created to be as a child of God and a citizen in His Kingdom. I know all too well what it is like to have to overcome in life. We have to overcome fear, rejection, the results of abuse and trauma, addictions, and the list goes on. I am here to let you know that you were created with a purpose and a destiny to reign and experience the greatest love you will ever know as a child of God. I do not promise an easy road to the Alignment, Wholeness, & Empowerment that you are to walk in, but I am here to help you cultivate it. I have had to deal with many of these issues myself and want to see you whole. I combine my experience as a nurse, functional nutrition counselor, soul care practitioner, certified Biblical life coach and most importantly ~ the Holy Spirit to help you discover how AWEsome you are.

Who is this for and who should not bother?

This course is for the individual who desires to be healed, whole, and transformed for real. This course is also for those who are looking for something different and appreciate in-depth and eclectic teaching. We will be covering topics ranging from spiritual growth, soul care, physical well-being, and identity. This is not for individuals who are not willing to take the intentional and necessary steps to tear down faulty mindsets and heal soul issues that prevent abundant and empowered living. This also is not for anyone who doesn't want to learn how to grow in their relationship with God, because God is all in this ;)

Is there a refund policy?

Because this course includes access to a multitude of teaching, assessments, and other resources, there is a no refund policy.

Will I have access to the entire course at once?

The course is very comprehensive and you will have access to new material each week. I love to provide as many resources as I can to help you on your journey to healing and growing in every area of your life. However, I understand that it is vital to really take your time with all the resources and steps along the way for greater results. I do not want you to rush through the material. Remember, it's an adventure!

How will I get bonus material?

You will receive an email with attachments for Kingdom Declarations and eBook and I will be mailing out the signed copies of the book and the Wonder Box to the address you use for registration.
